At Ignite, I work with all manner of individuals as we navigate anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and more. In utilizing a compassionate, you-centered approach and the holistic philosophy of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I am driven to know not only you, but the challenges and perseverance that have made you who you are today.
I am devoted to nourishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship that begins with understanding the many arenas of your life.
