OCD Support Groups for Children and Teens

If your child or teen (aged 6-17) is struggling with OCD, this group can help them feel less alone and more understood. Our OCD education and skills group teaches teens what OCD is and how to manage it in real life. They will learn helpful coping skills, get support from others their age, and build confidence in a safe, supportive space.

Group Details & Registration

Our OCD support group for teens and youth gives your child a safe space to learn about OCD, build coping skills, and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Through guided activities such as art, journaling, and group discussion, participants can build confidence and feel less alone.

The cost of the group is $30 per session, meeting virtually (via Google Meet)

Anyone aged 6-17 living anywhere in Colorado can join.

Did You Know?

“Group support can make a real difference for young people with OCD. In an eight-week group study using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Exposure and Response Prevention (CBT/ERP), researchers at Children’s National Hospital found that participating adolescents and teens experienced reduced OCD symptom severity, with high satisfaction reported by both the young people and their parents.” (citation: Children’s National Hospital)

Meet two of our Facilitators

Lezah Winick and Noah Hubbell are passionate about OCD treatment and the power of group in one’s healing journey. They are dedicated to helping people break free from the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors by providing evidence-based care in a supportive, encouraging environment. Their goal is to help each participant build confidence, develop practical skills, and move toward a life that is guided by their values—not by OCD.

Looking for a More Personalized Path?

While group support is a powerful part of the healing process, we understand that every child’s recovery is different, and some youth do best with a dedicated, one-on-one approach.

If your child’s symptoms feel overwhelming and you’re ready for them to work directly with a specialist, our one-on-one OCD therapy may be the right fit for them. We use evidence-based treatments, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to create a personalized plan designed to help your child break free from the cycle of OCD.
