More About Ally Saltz

I provide therapy for adolescents and adults at Ignite Counseling’s Longmont office. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or struggling to cope with life’s challenges, I strive to create a supportive space where they can explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—to ourselves, to others, to our communities, and to the natural world. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and experiential approaches to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths. I value creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely explore difficult emotions while working toward meaningful change.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nature-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University and have training in EMDR. My work is informed by person-centered, attachment-based, and nature-informed approaches, and I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
