Caitlin Fahey, MSW, LSW specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, school challenges, identity exploration, substance use, OCD, and life’s many transitions. With over 7 years of experience supporting youth and families, she is passionate about reducing barriers to care and helping young people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Caitlin practices from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming lens, blending evidence-informed approaches with a healthy dose of real-life humanness, humor, and authenticity. Her prior clients would describe her as safe, easy to talk to, and someone who isn’t afraid to challenge them when needed while remaining firmly in their corner without judgement. Caitlin enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strives to create a space where each person’s dignity, strengths, and lived experiences are honored.
Caitlin offers in-person sessions in Westminster and virtual sessions throughout Colorado, with after-school, evening, Sunday, and daytime availability. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her hiking, caring for her plants, crafting, or spending time with her two disabled cats. It takes a village – Let’s find a way forward together!
