Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who provides compassionate, client-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University and continues to deepen her clinical work through ongoing supervision and professional development.
Erin brings experience from Wilderness Therapy, where she worked with adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. She has also supported adults as a Clinical Case Manager, helping clients navigate housing, benefits, mental health, substance use, and trauma while fostering independence and resilience.
Erin believes mental health care should honor the whole person. She creates a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. Her approach focuses on building self-awareness, strengthening insight, and meeting clients where they are to support meaningful growth and lasting change. Outside the therapy room, Erin enjoys camping, mountain biking, dirt biking, taking her dog, Hunter, on long walks, and getting lost in a good book.
