Jeremy is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change. Jeremy specializes in using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and meditation practices, to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social anxiety, body dysmorphia, relationship issues, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders.
In sessions, Jeremy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. He will provide you with tangible steps to help you feel better. Jeremy believes in the importance of regular homework exercises to help you continue building skills and gaining confidence outside of therapy.
