Jeremy Umansky is a counselor trainee. He is currently working towards a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is on the path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
He is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change. Jeremy specializes in using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and meditation practices, to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social anxiety, body dysmorphia, relationship issues, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders. In sessions, Jeremy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. He will provide you with tangible steps to help you feel better.
Jeremy believes in the importance of regular homework exercises to help you continue building skills and gaining confidence outside of therapy.

About our Clinical Resident program: Jeremy Umansky is a dedicated master’s-level student currently receiving supervision from Becca Elliston to provide you with the highest quality care. This collaborative approach ensures that your counseling experience is supported by a team committed to your growth and well-being. Becca will be actively involved in overseeing clinical aspects of your care, including attending some sessions and reviewing diagnostic and treatment plans to ensure they are tailored to your needs.
