Did You Know?
“Engaging in OCD support groups has been shown to enhance treatment adherence and improve therapy outcomes. A study published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience analyzed nearly 3,500 individuals undergoing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD.
The findings revealed that participants who received peer support completed 30.4% more therapy hours on average and experienced a significant reduction in OCD symptoms, with an average decrease of 2.41 points on the OCD symptom severity scale.” (citation NOCD)

Looking for a More Personalized Path?
While community support is a powerful part of the healing process, we understand that recovery often requires a dedicated, one-on-one approach.
If your symptoms feel overwhelming and you are ready to work directly with a specialist, our individual OCD therapy may be the right fit for you. We use evidence-based treatments, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to create a personalized plan designed to help you break free from the cycle of OCD.
