I know life can feel like a rollercoaster. Whether you’re a teen navigating school stress, relationships, and emotional ups and downs, or an adult carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, or long-standing patterns that are hard to break. I provide therapy for both teens ages 13-17 and adults 18+, offering a supportive, grounded space where you can feel understood, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients of all ages develop clarity, confidence, and practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
I have many years of experience helping teens and adults heal from anxiety and trauma-related concerns. My approach is collaborative and individualized because no two people experience anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or stress in the same way.
I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for both teens and adults working through trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, phobias, and distressing life experiences. I also incorporate mindfulness and yoga-informed practices when helpful to support regulation and mind-body connection.
I offer in-person therapy at the Ignite office in Longmont, CO, and the Ignite Youth & Family Center in Westminster, CO. I also provide online therapy across Colorado. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your teen, I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process of healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.
