Life can be unpredictable, and at times it throws you curveballs that may feel impossible to hit. With the facilitation of raising self-awareness, the building of skills, and the utilization of strengths you already have, growth beyond healing can occur. I believe in providing an encouraging and empowering space to process through life’s challenges and changes. I balance truth and humor in my approach to counseling and believe that you have the ability to hit life’s curve balls out of the park.
I have a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, with a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Specialization from Saybrook University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
