My goal is to empower you to take the lead in your healing, moving at a pace that feels progressive yet safe for you. My counseling style is rooted in understanding how broader systems and attachment figures shape our worlds. Our relationships can be challenging, but they are also some of the most nourishing and vibrant parts of our lives. As such, my highest value is the collaboration and trust built within the therapeutic relationship, while my guiding principle is that all parts of ourselves deserve respect and compassion. This work may involve investigating external constraints, internal dialogue, somatic awareness, and relationship patterns.
