I am a licensed therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, and the many experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. My clinical experience includes providing individual therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, developing personalized treatment plans, and using research-backed, trauma-informed approaches to support healing. I’ve also worked with individuals experiencing complex mental health needs and housing instability, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, client-centered care. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to meeting people where they are while honoring each person’s unique story and strengths.
Some parts of us can feel confusing, painful, or even scary to face alone. I approach therapy with authenticity, curiosity, acceptance, and a healthy sense of humor when it’s helpful.
