A message from Rowan:
Hi, I’m Rowan! I am a strong believer in treating each client individually and wholly with care, compassion, and creativity. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds focusing on managing anxiety and OCD, processing trauma, and understanding the human experience through a mindfulness-based and social justice oriented lens.
I currently trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ketamine Integration (KIT) therapies and utilize interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Feminist Theory Therapy. I am a lifelong learner, and am passionate about strengthening my education and growing with my clients and communities at large. My previous work in hospitality and performing arts has also informed my value of self-care as community-care and vice versa, which I aim to incorporate into my work with my clients.
I enjoy cooking and going to new/favorite restaurants; I love exploring, traveling, and adventuring; and I love to read, craft, sew, and paint in my free time!
If you think we’d be a great fit, I’d love to work with you! Please schedule a phone consultation, and we can move forward from there!
