Hi, I’m Sofia Huston, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) providing therapy in Denver, Colorado, for teens, adults, and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves. I take a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to counseling that blends empathy with practical tools for change. I also work with adults navigating trauma, grief, major life changes, depression, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. My experience includes working with high school students at risk of academic failure, facilitating support groups for trans youth, and helping clients process complex emotional and behavioral patterns with compassion and authenticity.
