Our Trauma & PTSD Support Groups (also known as Seeking Safety) offers a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you can share experiences, gain coping skills, and find hope.

Trauma & PTSD Support Group is an evidence-based and present-focused support group designed to help individuals achieve safety from trauma, PTSD, and substance abuse. Join us in a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you can share experiences, gain coping skills, and find hope.

Disclaimer: This is a gender-inclusive group for individuals ages 18 and older.
