Erin Daugherty is an art therapist (ATR-P) and Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate (LPCC) who works with adults and teens aged 15 to 45. She specializes in working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, OCD, and life transitions, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Her education is from Naropa University with a focus area of Transpersonal Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Erin has a warm and engaging presence that aligns with her client-centered approach, where rapport, active engagement, and art therapy are primary modes to facilitate emotional processing. She also uses insight-oriented techniques, psychoeducation, and positive psychology to help individuals find their own inner wisdom.
