Erin Daugherty is an art therapist (ATR-P) and Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate (LPCC) who works with adults and teens 15 and up. She specializes in working with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and life transitions as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals.
She is an alumna of Naropa University, with a focus on Transpersonal Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Erin has a warm and engaging presence that aligns with her client-centered approach, in which rapport, active engagement, and art therapy are primary means of facilitating emotional processing.
Erin uses insight-oriented techniques, psychoeducation, and depth work to help individuals discover their own inner wisdom. As a provider, you can find her at the Ignite Counseling Longmont office.
