She utilizes Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emphasizing present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and mindfulness, to support those experiencing OCD, mood and anxiety disorders, chronic pain and illness, and those experiencing life transitions.

Outside of her professional life, Natalie enjoys exploring antique stores in search of vintage glassware and unique earrings. She values quality time with her family and cherishes the company of her poodle companion, Poe.
