OCD Support Groups

Navigating OCD alone can be a challenging experience. The Ignite OCD Support Groups mean you don't have to do it alone anymore.

Join our community of individuals as we navigate OCD together through psychoeducation, support, and experiential learning such as art and journaling!

Did you know?

"Engaging in OCD support groups has been shown to enhance treatment adherence and improve therapy outcomes. A study published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience analyzed nearly 3,500 individuals undergoing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD.

The findings revealed that participants who received peer support completed 30.4% more therapy hours on average and experienced a significant reduction in OCD symptoms, with an average decrease of 2.41 points on the OCD symptom severity scale."
