Natalie is passionate about providing trauma-informed and client-centered counseling services to adults in the state of Colorado.

Natalie graduated with distinction and focused heavily on women’s mental health, the neurobiology of trauma, and treatment modalities for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She uses an intersectional approach and believes that trauma occurs within the personal and social context of the person and their intersecting identities, such as race, gender, and sexual orientation.
Natalie is passionate about supporting her clients through using Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy aims to encourage present-moment contact and awareness of feelings and experiences rather than avoidance and distraction. Natalie uses mindfulness and experiential techniques to encourage awareness and regulation of the nervous system. She believes in fostering a collaborative working relationship with her clients that is centered on vulnerability, curiosity, and trust.
In her spare time, Natalie can be found scouring antique stores for vintage glassware and unique earrings. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and her poodle, Poe.
