Hi, I’m Rowan! I am a strong believer in treating each client individually and wholly with care, compassion, and creativity. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds focusing on managing anxiety, processing trauma, and understanding the human experience through a mindfulness-based lens. It is important for me to be trained in multiple treatment modalities to better serve the diverse needs of my clients.

I am currently trained in Exposure and Response Prevention and Ketamine Integration therapies and plan to continue my education and training in more trauma-based modalities. I am a lifelong learner, and am passionate about learning and growing with my clients and communities at large. My previous work in hospitality and performing arts has also informed my value of self-care as community-care and vice versa, which I aim to incorporate into my work with my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts and art shows (former musician and artist, here!), long walks with my fluffy dog, cooking and baking, going to my favorite restaurants and exploring new ones, and spending quality time with my partner, friends, and family. I am also trying to embrace more of all that Colorado has to offer, so mountain and lake activities are on my summer 2023 to do list!

If you think we’d be a great fit, I’d love to work with you! Please schedule a phone consultation, and we can move forward from there!
